Translation update!

- Fixed an error with the French translation not displaying some characters correctly. Switched the ItemName_FR.txt file from UTF-8 to ANSI encoding, which seems to have fixed it.

Update!

- Fixed an issue with the loot distribution, which was causing Camping Canteens (Tartan) and regular Jerry Cans not to spawn, and generating mass errors in user logs when they attempted to spawn but couldn't find the correct item ID. Whoops.

Should be fixed now. Sorry for anyone who has been scratching their heads wondering where all the errors were coming from.

Bug fixes!

- Previously the Giant Water Bottle of Gasoline weighed 0.7kg when filled with gasoline, now it weighs the correct 20kg.

- Increased the gasoline capacity of the Giant Water Bottle to 8, up from 4. It's still much worse than a gas can due to its extreme weight, so gas cans aren't obsolete. It doesn't make sense, but it's balanced...I think.

Bug fix!

- All three versions of the Camping Canteen were turning into an Olive Drab Military Canteen upon being filled with gasoline and then depleted. It should be fixed now.

Sorry to anyone who lost Camping Canteens this way!

Update!

- Fixed a case sensitivity error that caused recipe translations to go awry, also fixed any provided translations that contained this error (my fault, sorry!)

- Added updated Italian and Russian translations.
