Internal Dust Tank Ladders now require the same Reinforced Hulls technology as the main internal dust tanks.

Fixed a couple of incorrect names from the original mod and changes some descriptions to match the item rather than being generic, also reorganised a .properties file to make mod maintenance and improvement easier.

Changed the mod's name to make it load in 1.1+ and fixed research bugs, also updated logo to represent these changes and added the previous's author credit to the description.
