Changed the background to wooded snow covered trees and ground

I've moved the "Snow", "Rain", "fog" generators outside of the Evil Sorcerer's hidden zone because they can not be seen by the hero players if they are in Evil Sorcerer player's hidden zone zone. I've also moved the wind zone creating fan near the new location of the "Snow", "Rain", "fog" generators to keep things organized.
