Changed the unit card tier for the Armoured Kossars Bow and Spear to Tier II from Tier I

Fixed the bug where the Armoured Kossar variants were replacing the regular Kossars in recruitment buildings, vanilla and both new Armoured Kossar with bows variants are now all able to be recruited from the same building.

Added By Our Blood ability to the Armoured Kossars variants.

Replaced the Armoured and Shielded attribute from the Armoured Kossar Axe and Bow Variant with just Armoured, since this variant is not equipped with a shield due to balancing reasons, and being unable to find a suitible animation for axe, shield and bow.

Removed the Armoured Kossars with bows' Weak Against Armor attribute
