Gisoreux Wardens, a Regiment of Renown available as early as level 8!
They are relatively affordable and have fantastic armour and defence for the cost.


Men-at-Arms Polearms have 25 melee attack down from 26.

Peasant bowmen leadership reduced from 44 to 43
Grail Abbey bug fixed, it should no longer have two copies of the +50 chivalry per turn effect

Improved the icon for Expert Blacksmiths.
Reduced the size of the icons for Royarch's Command, Autonomous Collective and Sacred Texts to match the other techs in the custom tree.
The Repanse exclusive tech, Lady's Favour, is no longer reduced in size.

Staying within the peasant economy limit now grants +10% Industry factionwide
Storage buildings no longer gives +1 peasant(s)
Tweaked number values for tech upgrades that boost farming/industry rates

Autonomious collective tech has been redesigned:
+35% weapon strength to peasant mob
+5 peasants to peasant economy

Royal Men-at-arms (longbows) range attacks armour piercing is now 5 down from 6, but their accuracy, rate of fire and ammunition have been improved.

Changed Peasant Icon
Reduced morale increase from peasants duty from +8 to +5
Increased Peasant bowmen morale from 40 to 44
Increased Royal Men-at-arms (Longbow) morale from 50 to 52
Icon of Devotion gives +8 melee attack up from +5 (this justifies the units slightly higher cost compared to vanilla and makes the unit more useful/desired in campaign)
Foot Squires have 25 melee defence up from 24
Foot Squires have 75 armour up from 70
Foot Squires bonus vs infantry is now 11 up from 9 (vanilla is 12)
Foot Squires AP damage reduced to 26 (down from 28)
Foot Squires Glorious end gives +4 Melee attack and +4 Melee defence (down from +5/+5)
Battle Pilgrims have 31 melee attack up from 30

*I haven't been recording changes to this mod lately as so much has changed since 3.1, but here is the general recap of everything else that has changed:*

Farms give +50 income
Techs that improve income have been reduced slightly
Royal Grail Knights have been moved to the unit pack
Spearmen-at-arms and Polemen have had stat tweaks, most notably Polemen cost 450 again like vanilla
Industry gives +3 peasants in total.
Grail knights have had their armour reduced to 110 from 1200 and both Grail knights and Grail Guardians have had their mass reduced to 1125 down from 1200. Grail knights cost 1650 down from 1700.
