Autonomous collective gives +10% weapon strength to all peasants and an additional +10% to peasant mob units, up from 10% to only men-at-arms and peasant mob

The skills Beaurocrat, Logistician and Heroism reduce upkeep for the Lords armies (-5% for all, only peasants and only knights, respectively)

Foot Squires cost more and have less bonus vs infantry, but now have 80 armour.
All Men-at-Arms (not including royal) cost more but have the same morale and health as the halberd men-at-arms but worse melee attack generally.
Men-at-Arms Reform only buffs melee defence, but does so much better
Autonomous collective now increases men-at-arms weapon strength
