Developer Thoughts:
Slowed the rate at growth from various buildings and effects, thus making each of them more important to be used in conjunction.
Weaving Houses give 200 income, and while they end up giving a lot less income compared to farms when fully upgraded, the extra turn added here essentially reduces their income in a less overt way, making farms more desirable again.

These changes to Guilds and Almshouses keep their internal balance in check (how good they are compared to each other), whilst making them both more useful compared to buildings from across the faction.

Royal Men-at-Arms Hammers are a hard unit to balance right as they are similar in cost and role to Foot Squires, but use Men-at-Arms lower stats (such as 50 armour and lower leadership) these changes are only very slight but are a step in the direction of keeping them balanced both internally and externally. Probably not the last time I will change them...
