Thoughts: Basically I have simplified many of the structures, and emphasised what they are good and bad at. Peasant counts for players building lots of almshouses should remain about the same, but they should be lower otherwise, this should result in the intended gameplay for peasant, non-peasant and mixed army campaign strategies.
