Dairy Pastures are cheaper and build faster, but produce less income.
Rush Buildings costs 75 Piety up from 50. Many sources of Piety are weaker (such as some techs, skills and buildings).
Custom skills such as Peasantry Commander, Knightly Commander etc. are weaker.
Upkeep penalty for Knights without Vows is 25% up from 20%.

Smiths provide +2/+3 recruitment, up from +1/+2.
Almshouses no longer increase recruitment capacity or provide income but are 500 cheaper per tier and generated +2/+4/+6/+8 peasants up from +2/+4/+5/+6.
Farms provide more income (+500 a turn at tier III).
Industry techs made stronger.

Economic Investment gives +10% income instead of +25%
Almshouses give +20 Income per tier.
Almshouses give +2/+3/+4/+5 peasants, down from +2/+4/+5/+6.
Feudalism gives +5 Peasants instead of -2% upkeep for peasants.
Autonomous collective gives +15% / +10% weapon strength to peasant mob and men-at-arms instead of +10 peasants.
Bigger Bobbins gives +4% industry income up from +2%.
Improved Loom gives +6% industry income up from +2%.
Going over the peasant limit no longer provides the -10% peasant upkeep effect.
Banner Carriers gives +8 Leadership up from +5.

Improved Mills gives +3% replenishment down from +6%

Developer thoughts:
I felt that it was too easy in the mid game (80 turns-150 turns) to get tons of Royal capacity and infantry replenishment, so this is a small way to address that. I don't want to go too far in the other direction though.
