All Bretonnian factions give -10% upkeep to peasants at all times

Industry generates more 400 income at Tier III up from 350.
Cheese Farms building removed.
Guilds give flat income instead of income across the region.
Guilds increase Knight cap slightly more.
Royal Chapter Buildings cost more and take longer to build, but give more Royal Men-at-Arms capacity.
Royal Men-at-Arms (Polearms) available from the barracks and one tier earlier at the Royal Chapter Barracks.

Peasant Economy gives +8% replenishment to peasant units.
Peasant economy gives -5% upkeep to peasants, down from -10%.

Fay Enchantress no longer has -8% upkeep for peasants.
Fay Enchantress has +12 peasants to peasants economy up from +5.

Developer Thoughts:
Industry is now more competitive with Farming as it generates more money and going over the peasant economy limit by recruiting too many peasants will no impact your economy less. Instead of going from 90% to 100% peasant upkeep, you would go from 85% to 90%. Peasants are overall much cheaper.

Fay enchantress faction traits are reworked taking these economy changes into account (removed the upkeep as peasants are cheaper for all factions, instead her peasant cap increase is further improved)

Cheese building was almost always worse than other options and was essentially bloat. I attempted to rework it multiple times to make it fullfill some kind of niche but I felt it was mostly a building that just made the faction stronger for people using mods that increase building limits, and server no real function for players that did not use those mods. The removal of the building has had some other knock on effects like making the Carcass Trebuchet in my unit pack easier to obtain.

Guilds are now much stronger than before except in very rare circumstances (i.e. 4 settlement provinces with unique buildings with a high base income) and allow knight players to further increase their limits. Likewise the changes to the Barracks and Chapter barracks makes amassing Royal Men-at-Arms much easier if you choose to commit to it.
