added full support for colors provided by ModRarity
now it will work properly with all mods that made their prefixes using ModRarity class

added option to turn off expert item glow
added option to turn off master item glow
added option to turn off modded item glow
added option to set the minimal vanilla rarity level glow - from gray(trash items) to purple(highest rarity)
