Fixed the bug when his staff and sword was disappearing while casting on flying animation

Casting while flying and standing are now a separate animation. He will now cast differently when he is flying or standing.

Replaced the Chaos Staff effect and burning chariot effects on his feet (while flying) with High Magic Effects on his staff as well as on his feet while he is flying
