Casting while flying and standing are now a separate animation. He will now cast differently when he is flying or standing.

Replaced the Chaos Staff effect and burning chariot effects on his feet (while flying) with High Magic Effects on his staff as well as on his feet while he is flying

Added a unique animation for him that merges the disc mount and staff/sword. He can now stand and run on ground

Renamed "Magical Forcefield" to "Supreme Shield of Saphery"

Reverted his bound spell number of uses from 4 to 2.

Replaced his "Stand your Ground" ability with Magical Forcefield. Works like Slann Forcefield but buffs 20% ward save and 30% missile resistance

Replaced Magical Reserves (5 Magical Reserves) to Drain Magic (100% miscast to enemy spellcasters in province)
