Fixed issue where Greater Arcane Conduit wouldn't need subset skills and could be unlocked at the start. AGAIN.
Increased Fay-Touched Spell cooldown for The Fay E. and Prophetesses from -18% to -20%.

I've long felt that this mod may not be very balanced. I'm taking an opportunity with the new update to change some effects around and change the power.

1. Skills will be available at sooner levels.
2. Skills will have multiple levels. This means more skill points will need to be invested for the full power. The Fay E. will only need one skill point per skill.
3. Some effects have been buffed.
3a. Fay-Touched offers The Fay E. and Prophetesses up to -18% Spell cooldown and -10% spell cost. Damsels will lose the cooldown bonus and not gain the spell cost bonus as they get it from their Troths. Damsels instead get, +10% increased winds reserve as Prophetesses will gain through their second Troth. These changes allow Prophetesses to be superior to Damsels in magic. [It equalizes them in Lily's Overhaul.] Fay-Touched also does not grant The Blessing of the Lady, as you already get it from Troth lvl 3.
3b. Future Sight now grants -10% enemy agent chance instead of -5%, but you will need the second skill point for it.
3c. Fay Paths now grants +15% movement range on the campaign map instead of +10%, but you will need a second skill point for 10% and a third skill point for +15%.

This mod has seemingly always been compatible with Lily's Bretonnia Overhaul, but I've slightly updated it to remove any potential issues with overlapping skills.
