Three more missing Nakai units are added.

They were same units as other lizard, but for mysterious reasons had a separate db entries..

Since the mod is most complete. From now on I will detail the changes in each update:

Hef: added ranger to skyhawk at level 7. Faithbearer not added, bc it is a specialized unit from description.

Skaven: added globadier to wind mortar, added warp thrower to gun, and added more path to existing units.

Wood-elf: added +1 rank requirement, now requiring level 6 for tier 2 upgrade.
(which makes sense to me --- tier 2 units are available at lv 2 settlement, but woodelf can only do outpost beyond magic forest)
