small improvements

- For G2A added the ability to specify the exact number of items to trade. Next to the quantity you can see the required amount of money for the transaction. If the player has no money, a message will be displayed. The quantity can be set manually or with the buttons "Max", "/2".
To call it, press left shift + left mouse button or left shift + jump button.

- Added the camera moving away when opening the inventory in normal mode (not in trade or loot mode). You can enable/disable it via parameter allowShiftCameraOnOpenInventory in gothic.ini
- To rotate the camera around the player, you no longer have to press the right shift, you can hold down the middle mouse button and rotate.
- zUtilites and NB item previews are now forcibly turned off in the inventory.
