TWWH3 Version 2.2: Reverted the changes for minor settlements level 3. That is, if you attack a lvl 1 or lvl2 minor settlement, the battle will be a skirmish; but if you attack lvl 3 minor settlement, it would be un-walled siege battle. Added back walls to lvl 3 britonia minor settlements. Added back walls to lvl3 minor settlement defence buildings.
