Reworked Lazarus Gift to additionally heal nearby players for 2% of their max health upon activation

Sin Crusher now has the old level bonus ( 100% of healing reduces debuff buildup) instead of bleeding / poison immunity, now gives an additional 3% health on kill, buffed elite kill healing to 20%

Fixed Executor to give a multiplicative bonus instead of increasing, adjusted damage bonus to 1.15x and elite damage to 1.1x

Nerfed Apostolic Guiding to no longer give double barrier when healing other players
