Made a better rudder for better control in high seas. Still drifts sideways when perpendicular with the wind.

Updated Small Naval Cutter.

Added two cannons forward of the previous two.

Removed the unused Nav Light button and added pumps in the stern.

Uh I think I added paint blocks to make the railing look better
