Fixed an issue where Bombardment and Neutralized didn't work when provided via the Extended Hand Spring actuator.

Small changes:
Resident Virus now shows correct effect in the damage preview. You proably won't ever see this, since you don't see the damage preview for enemeis, but still, now it's correct.
Also, now Resident Virus and DDOS Virus have fancy flyovers when they are applied.
Small localization errors were corrected.

Fixed Resident Virus: now the crit reduction on mecs works as intended (was working "too well" before).
