-Experimental, and probably very overpowered, options for Sapient Intervention: mimic the "Reverse Engineer Minor Artifacts" effect from the edict menu. I strongly recommended Guilli's Planet Modifiers to get the most out of it!
-Although some icons are missing, the Astral Obsession civic now lets you create cult worlds and perform weird rituals there for randomised planetary features
-Fixed a bug where your Supercomputer relic would wander off mid game and never come back (selfish git)
