Changed the logic of the Universal Module Remover. Again.

The mechanics of the Universal Module Remover has been drastically changed.
It now removes modules instead of taking them out. This should fix it, if you see any problems with it again write a bug report.

Changing the calculations of the Universal Module Remover should fix a bug with it.

Small talent fixes

Added new item: Deinverter. Craftable in medical fabricator.
It removes the invert control.

Fixed a bug due to which the inverted control did not disappear. Hope.
