Welder moved to be grabbable while still in the seat on the right side. While driving cross country sometimes bottom hits do enough damage to disable the seat. When that happens the throttle and steering are stuck where they are. Even if you get out of the seat it continues to operate as the damage prevents the "occupied" logic being updated. Being able to get the welder and repair in the seat lets you quickly fix the seat thus regain control.

Adjustment to rear with seats now having MC as a padded seat. That bit of MC height also acts as a parcel holder.

Introduced the upper rear mag all connection parts as the most reliable way to recover if you end up on your side.
