Added B1 module for bots to navigate to rescue closets.

Optimized different parts of code. Bots will be less effective, but it will help fix (or at least reduce) the microstutter some of you are experiencing.

Added new BotAttackAction class and reprogrammed whole script to function with it. This new system more accurately controls bot attack algorithms.

Improved bot defib algorithm and added new bot action that tells other AI to cover the lead defib bot.

Various minor script tweaks.

New condition under SCCAE attack algorithm.

Added new weapon scoring system to further control what weapons bots should use.
