Added Humanoid Alien Races as a dependency. I apologize for any inconvenience, but after looking into it, there is no way I can add a patch that wouldn't cause a whole bunch of compatibility issues. HAR is soon coming out with much more compatibility for Biotech, so you shouldn't have any issues with it soon.
