Removed old recipes entirely, mod rebranded and will now only focus on the static BoC seed functionality. Verified that everything still works as expected.

Added console commands "cboctest1" and "cboctest2" to help diagnose issues.

Added static seed functionality, Bag of Crafting will now always generate same items between runs.

This is done by temporarily changing the run seed when the bag of crafting is held. From my testing, this is safe, but I'll be monitoring feedback and my runs as I might've not caught some edge cases.
