- Added a new decision for countries to recruit a explorer or conquistador.

- Fixed some decision and events since the western tech is now extinct.

- Completion of the map, it is now empty.
- Tweaking of discovered (remembered) lands for each tech groups.
- Map tweaking, mainly fixing some small mistakes.

- Added ideas to all new countries who had nones.
- Now all survivors enclaves (Only the new countries) will unlock the capacity to explore as the third idea. Might change it for Fourth or Second, depending on feedbacks.
