VJ Base Revamp hotfix and QOL update

Fixes:
-Fixed VJ Base script error message about "GetSoundPitch on bad self..."
-Fixed Manade™ exploding upon impact with any surfaces
-Fixed Man Launcher spawning Manades™ on worldspawn(0 0 0 coordinate) when used by NPCs
-
Changes:
-Lowered the velocity Manades™ launched Man Launcher to 5000 instead of 15000

Added:
-A hint message to Spawn Man when you start controlling him
