-post 1.0 maintenance (mostly minor label resizing)

- Added disclaimer to the "limitations" label:
When a battery's charge drops below 10%, its output will drop below its stated value as well, causing the display to count down at a wrong speed for the last few seconds. It's not that big of a deal, since most components will start to malfunction anyway by that point, and not knowing whether the total blackout is five or ten seconds away should be the least of your problems. Nevertheless, a fix for this issue is planned, but it's not of high priority right now.

- changed type to outpost to keep it from cluttering the submarine list

-Fixed issue with display not counting down at right speed when power deficit was greater than what the batteries can handle (simple clamping solution, added instructions for that)
-Added some colors to text labels
