Add in-game chat print to notify users to either uninstall or contribute.

added the following items:
- bloxy cola
- fries
- pizza

the base is going to be rewritten, so theres probably not gonna be a whole lot updated for a bit.

Made the food_swep.lua more human readable
- this might of fixed the error with the breen soda, but that needs more testing to be sure
