- fixed an error in a formula that caused you to only pay taxes every 24 years instead of every year (ooo mathematical error oooo im sorry) luckily I found it out and fixed it so you can now play your taxes

- You can now only pay your overdue taxes at your faction's royal questgiver
- You can now access the bank at other royal questgivers (you still need to make a bank account at your faction's royal questgiver first)

Additions
- you can now be late on paying your taxes
- you have a 1 month timespan to pay your taxes without being late
- loss favor dialog now displays how much favor you've lost due to having overdue taxes

- paying taxes now work properly
- yearNum now tracks properly
- fixed incorrect gvar formatting
- transactions with pirate bank no longer count towards your income

Fixed a formula that would've resulted in a complete and utter destruction of your favor instantaneously due to a mistake

Now theoretically, your favor will not be obliterated instantaneously

Additionally, it now scales! (+1 favor lost per $10k taxes overdued)

Fixed the tax filing ending calculations so that it theoretically works now
