Fixed problem where a gate would not be placed properly when looking at certain angles.

Removed the code that detects passing through the arch as it was still causing problems. The gate will now teleport you immediately when you hit a destination symbol.

You can now set the direction that the gate faces when it is placed.

Possibly fixed being sent to the wrong destination when teleporting long distances.

Height check was added to prevent the mod from being used at altitudes that could crash the game.
