Fixed an issue where the provided UI would not show the types of Units present in havens (though not retroactively for existing units).

fixed an issue where the evac ability does not show up properly on fully overriden units.

This may break compatibility with mods that rely on the 'Evac' Ability having the AbilityShooterCondition 'X2Condition_MasteredEnemy'
