* Executive Vigor no longer grants an extra civic because ESAP no longer adds one, however this could come back after menu is ready and could be pickable under the "highest" preset.
* Added changes to shields granted by Enigmatic Engineering when using Better Perks mod.
* Added rare tech chance to Technological Ascendancy AP according to vanilla latest changes.
* Technological Ascendancy AP no longer grants all_technology_research_speed according to vanilla latest changes, however Better Perks mod adds a 5% if you want some of that back.

* Added new scripted variable placeholder for ESAP mod.
* Added new re-roll function via edict for Vanilla perks, ESAP perks and a single Empires Expanded Perks (the only one that does not add "permanent" changes to society).
* Made an override ap_our_true_vision and AAR_ap_ETHIC in order to hide them from Hive Minds since this mod offers equivalent alternatives to ALL Gestalts. (Thanks for the feedback @Graion Dilach)
* Better Perks no longer grant -leader_skill_levels = 5- (Thanks for the report @Aphyxia)

* Mastery of Nature no longer adds buildings when used with Better Perks mod, buffs are now swapped to districts. (Thanks for the report @Aphyxia)

* Fixed localization reference "aap_mechromancy_zombie_machine" to "ap_mechromancy_zombie_machine".
* Created an inline toggle for ACOT tooltip -"must_know_about_fe" and trigger- -acot_cosmogenesis_alpha_condition_check = yes-.
