Cleaned up the LODs and geometry of the body bags
Made it so the body bags don't have collision (Big raid pile ups)
Made it so body bags can be picked up and moved (only in hands with heavy carry animation)
Improvements with the creation of body bags, might have a bug where they spawn upside down but it's better for performance still lol
Removed DF_Scripts required addon since it isn't actually dependent on DF

Fixed a server crash caused by dead players inside vehicles.

Additionally added a print to script log when creating a body bag to easily identify any potential crashes in the future.

- Fixed Body Bags in water
- Fixed Dogtags being removed on freshies
- Added configurable timers to serverdz.cfg for when the intial body bag spawns / lifetime. If you do not have these listed then they will default to these respective values.

Both values are stored in SECONDS, do the math on your own
bodyBagPlayerCleanupTime - Time between player death and the body bag spawning (default: 180 seconds)
bodyBagMaxLifetime - Max lifetime of the bodybag (default: 24 hours)

- Bodybags now use Far networkrange to render further
