fixed pixelwalks on A, added small rails on A site, misc blocking volumes across the map

initial release: fixed transparent rocks, fixed floating lights, changed lighting to be a bit brighter in mid, merged some props for performance, changed A heaven drop, added palettes under B heaven, changed some LODs that were janky, adjusted and added a bunch of blocking volumes to stop players hiding in awkward spots and fixed fence penetration for pistols
