Fixed sprites near hull, cargo, and reactor. Changed some hull conditions for NPCs --> no longer stay in engine + reactor room, but can still be found in junctions. NPCs also do not stay in the hangar bay incase of hangar or cargo breach but will stay in the top right cargo room and engineering.
