Disabled debug logger

In some cases it wouldn't close the file causing the game to crash upon loading another save with the mod included.


Will readd in the future with a new system once i get time free to properly work on it

Small fix for missile connector and rim 7 refuel connector, keen changed the way it looks for connectors and me being bad when i started didn't put em in the right orientation

this will mean both blocks will end up 90degrees turned on your bp but now they work again
