In this update, I adjusted Piety and Prestige so that they no longer give experience when applied. In addition, I have adjusted a few traits of mine, because some values were set much too high.

- Changed the decisions to spawn troops, only 1,000 and 10,000 are now possible.
- Changed the decisions to change Culture and Religion of your country to Beta, beware to use.
