Reworked Runner code to be more consistent, regardless of your fitness level and if you were sprinting or not

+Increased how fast smoker gets stressed at maximum Time Since Last Smoke value

+Hunter can now hunt for animals in deep forest if they have a gun.
+Inconspicuous now triggers from 10 PM - 5 AM (from 12 AM - 5 AM)
+Cowardly becomes panicked and stressed when in dark.
-Thin Skinned odds of being injured by vaulting a fence/window decreased 10/1250 -> 2/1250
-Fast Learner now only gives 2x xp boost for first level (from 3x xp boost for first 2 levels)
