Updated Diesel/Electric Shunting Locomotive.

- Modified gearboxes to make the locomotive faster
- - New top speed of 101 mph

- Added a speed control system

- Fixed brake control panels to now show when any brake pressure is applied as opposed to only showing above 0.10

Updated Diesel/Electric Shunting Locomotive.

- Updated the microcontroller for the brake system to the latest version
- - Replaced controls that said "Reversed Vehicle" with controls that say "Power from Rear"
- - Added switch to invert the reverser number for a locomotive spawned backwards to rest of train
