Added short role description

The announcer no longer receives alerts about items bought by other announcers

Changes to be compatible with upcoming CR replicated convars update

No longer shows player roles by default,
use ttt_announcer_show_role 1 to re-enable

No longer shows role in announcement message if there is a deputy or impersonator in the round

- Added a convar to whether announcers are able to see someone’s role: ttt_announcer_show_role
- Fix the "There is an Announcer" message being shown for announcers

Fixed the icons being untextured and always saying the announcer bought something and not the actual role of the player who bought it

Changed the name of the role from Tattletale to Announcer as there is already a Tattletale role

Updated the role popup text to be more clear
