v1.4

UPDATE: "Get Back To Work" projects have been overhauled. They are now a feature of the mod, only doable in the Combi-WorkLab. They should be unlocked after doing Elerium research. Extensive overhaul of the configs around them.

BUGFIX: Fixed some issues with how the above projects were giving resource/artifact rewards ~ many thanks to Zelfana for the fixes/issue awareness.

UPDATE: Includes special project settings for integration with the Get Back To Work mod.
These new projects use the same settings as the GBTW mod, so they'll become available with that mod and after the Psi Gate can be built. Designed to be lategame filler techs. Config options for the ones that turn up in this facility are in this mods configs. - Many Thanks to ADVENT Avenger and NelVlesis for the parent mod.

BUGFIX: Should now work correctly with Pursuit Of Knowledge Resistance Card/Continent Bonus. Also exposed the list of facilities this card 'counts' to the configs;
