1. fixed the neck seam (not perfect but should be acceptable - requires an extra mod tho)
2. fixed the dark bumps under Noct's bicepses and the pale line running down the middle of his back
3. since some people over at twitter were complaining about the lack of butt mass, I scaled Noct's whole mid-section a bit
