- Added stringtable for multiple translations. Translations are probably inaccurate due to using an automated tool - feel free to fix and repack :)
- Added a gender option to config (this man's cause of death was... / this woman's cause of death was...)

Removed player name from the message as it's bugged - I'll fix this when I find time but for now it just says "this survivor's cause of death was..."

- Fixed incorrectly named class file in config.cpp - this is what happens when you copy & paste code after a couple of beers. My bad.

- Removed some redundant debug code

- Meta file update.
