Fixed conveyor port not connecting to the pipe loop on following guns:
TBR101 S
TBG101 S
TBG101 S Inverted

Tuned down the volume of all sound effects by 50%
Small refactoring of localization files
Added reticles for all controllable turrets
Updated TBG101 S info to have "Inverted" being listed in the name

Known issues:
FBR101 S and FBG101 S are still not connecting with conveyors after being placed, the issue is still being investigated
Temporary workaround: reload the world or restart the server
