-Reduced ZTZ99 Tank armor, even halfing it still makes it invulnerable to almost all attacks...
- Reduced power of 125mm shell, would obliterate anything, and still technically does...
- Reduced Damage of 23x115mm Soviet AmmoSet
- Reduced Damage of 30x165mm Soviet AmmoSet
- Added Optional Transporter Comp to vehicles. Delete the Transport_Optional.xml if you dont want.

- Added a Vehicle FleshTypeDef.
- Removed most of the added ITab's that WTH tried to add.
- Handler Gizmo button is still present, but doesnt do anything. Couldnt find a way to remove it.

- Having the custom FleshTypeDef stops WTH from altering PLA Vehicles.
