- Added separate recipes for handheld variants of items instead of modifying recipes of original items due to an issue, addressed by Good Game. Recipes are unlocked by picking up items: picking up original item unlocks recipe for its handheld version and vice versa.
- Added "Handheld" prefix to all handheld items.

Added missing default unlocks for Oil Lantern (handheldtier1light) and Copper Oil Lantern (handheldcopperlantern)
