Fixed Rebirther.

Made the chance of limbs going berserk happen very little.

Improved the decision making for when to fire gun vs karate.

Added a new unarmed move, grab them by the head and then punch or knee

Removed the annoying android karate sound.

Removed troll ability for androids.

a lot of other fixes.

some troll fixes + made it so AI can now detect if they're holding a chip they need and upgrade their self.
