Fixed an issue that was causing new crypods to display as 0s of remaining charge time.
Fixed an issue that was making permanent changes to cryopods, any currently affected cryopods should also be fixed.
Cryopods will now be fully recharged on every client/server restart rather than not using charge, this is to avoid issues after removing the mod.

You can now cryo all creatures including the stryder/titans.
Will no longer consume charge/durability when it is not in a cryofrige or without power.
